We started with oncology, and are now the most used digital platform in the field: over 80% of oncologists use Mednet. Our business model is based on teaching doctors about newly developed drugs that can improve their patients' outcomes. Job Description

As the Senior Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for scaling our engineering team, provide strategic leadership, drive technical excellence, and ensure successful execution of our engineering initiatives. Your main initiatives will be to define our data pipeline execution and strategy, build from scratch a client facing dashboard, help define how we leverage LLMs to enhance the service we provide to our users and customers and architect our platform to allow for rapid prototyping and feature expansion.

This is a rare opportunity to build a team at a profitable, fast growing mission driven company and help set the technical road map for the company. We’ve been incredibly scrappy getting to product market fit and millions of dollars of revenue with a small engineering team and now we are ready to scale the team and platform.


  • Mission driven and a desire to make a social impact, healthcare experience a plus
  • Proven experience as a technical leader or engineering executive, with a track record of successfully scaling engineering teams from at least 5 engineers to 20+ engineers in a startup environment.
  • Strong background in software engineering, with the ability to be hands on and provide guidance and run code reviews
  • Demonstrated ability to drive technical strategy, align it with business goals, and execute on complex engineering initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a passion for developing and empowering team members.
