We started with oncology, and are now the most used digital platform in the field: over 80% of oncologists use Mednet. Our business model is based on teaching doctors about newly developed drugs that can improve their patients' outcomes. Job Description

You will become the first Growth Manager at Mednet and drive huge impact by leading the second phase of our long-term strategy as a company. You will be owning our growth playbook to expand Mednet into all medical specialties and making it an indispensable tool for doctors to get answers to difficult medical questions.

The role requires a person who is creative to come up with new growth and engagement initiatives but also be rigorous about using data to drive decision making. Your first project will be to analyze our existing growth strategy, come up with new tactics and manage the launch of our expansion into Cardiology.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Own the funnel optimization process for driving new engaged users by experimenting with different channels to improve activation and retention.
  • Experiment with campaigns across multiple channels (social, email, SEO) to support the launch of new medical specialties
  • Develop a methodology to experiment on product changes, and measure the impact of every growth and engagement initiative.
  • Pull data from our SQL database, mixpanel and other tools to execute and analyze A/B test plans to improve engagement performance and conversion rates.
  • Partner closely with physicians and engineers on our growth and engagement strategy, experimentation and testing, and aligned reporting.
  • Execute plans across email, and experiment with social media, partnerships , SEO and referral programs
  • Understand different audiences at scale, be able to make common sense segmentations, and run iterative growth experiments.

What we're looking for

  • At least 4+ years of growth, product or campaign marketing experience
  • Experience in Email marketing and drip campaigns preferred
  • Advanced analytical skills including A/B testing, cohort analysis,SQL,and conversion rate optimization.
  • Ability to work successfully with little guidance and comfort navigating ambiguity.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Delivers value every week: thinks big, starts small, grows fast.
  • Interest in or familiarity with working with Doctors
