How do you manage infection risk when using BTKi-chemoimmunotherapy combinations in MCL patients?

I offer antiviral prophylaxis routinely against HSV/VZV with acyclovir 400 mg BID. I usually also discuss PCP prophylaxis for the majority of patients. And of course, anyone who has positive Hep B serologies should be offered tenofovir. I also encourage patients to vaccinate prior to starting therap...

This is a broad question, but BTKi are used in younger/fit patients (TRIANGLE-like therapy, including cytarabine) and approved in combination with BR (acalabrutinib).
