There are clearly more infectious issues with epco with R2 vs taf R2. If someone has issues with recurrent infections, they may not choose. Also, for older patients, taf plus R2 may be given, as that may be the last regimen they need.

My decision is primarily based on efficacy, patient fitness, access to treatment, prior therapies, toxicity profile, and the patient's treatment goals.
