Are there any whole breast RT techniques or modifications to optimize cosmesis for patients who had prior breast augmentation?

How do you modify your adjuvant whole breast RT design (e.g., CTV_WB per RTOG 1005 volume-based or field-based approach) for patients with *prior* cosmetic breast augmentation who now pursue breast conserving therapy for early stage breast cancer, and are not good candidates for partial breast? Are there any differences in whole breast irradiation planning for patients with prior subpectoral vs subglandular cosmetic implants/augmentation?
