How do you modify your adjuvant whole breast RT design (e.g., CTV_WB per RTOG 1005 volume-based or field-based approach) for patients with *prior* cosmetic breast augmentation who now pursue breast conserving therapy for early stage breast cancer, and are not good candidates for partial breast?
