Are there clinical, laboratory, or imaging features that can help distinguish primary Sjögren’s syndrome from secondary Sjögren’s in patients with overlapping inflammatory arthritis or positive rheumatoid factor?

For some clinicians it may be difficult to differentiate primary from secondary Sjogren's as 90% of Sjogren’s patients can have a positive rheumatoid factor.  About 20-60% of Sjogren’s patients may also have inflammatory arthritis.
