Are there ever indications to include the inguinal nodes in the RT treatment field in a testicular seminoma?
Would a history of prior vasectomy in a stage IIA seminoma be an indication to include the inguinal nodes in the RT treatment field?

I would not consider any situation as a definitive indication to treat inguinal region prophylactically for seminoma, unless the inguinals are involved.
