Are there instances where you prefer an SBRT boost rather than a brachytherapy boost when treating definitive locally advanced cervical cancer?
If so, what dose/volume is prescribed? How do you account for motion?

No. SBRT should only be considered if patients are not able to undergo brachytherapy. All options including referral to an academic center should be exhausted.
