Are you aware of drug induced-ANCA vasculitis associated with new wt loss medications (ex tirzepatide or semaglutide)?  

Would you consider tirzepatide-associated AAAV in a patient with acute onset of neuropathy, inflammatory tenosynovitis, PR3 antibody, but no other end organ involvement such as renal, Pulm, sinus etc?  All work up negative including hx of asthma., cocaine exposure, minocycline etc.  Started after initiation of tirzepatide.
