Current NCCN guidelines recommended not combining relugolix with these agents until more data is available.

A phase I study testing the combination of relugolix and abiraterone or apalutamide showed favorable safety and tolerability profile. The effects on the levels of testosterone were also maintained after transitioning from other ADTs to relugolix (De La Cerda et al., PMID 37060432).
