Are you using the new FIGO 2018 staging or waiting until it is incorporated into the next AJCC edition?

It will take 6-8 months for the incorporation into AJCC. Since our tumor registry follows AJCC, we are waiting for it to be done for uniformity of reporting.

At ABC Medical School in São Paulo, Brasil we are using the new FIGO staging since last january.

We are on the process of cascading the new FIGO staging here in the Philippines, but most of the oncologists are now using the new system. we will eventually incorporate changes in our new Clinical Practice Guidelines.
