At what dose would you recommend future audiogram screening for pediatric patients treated with radiotherapy?
Is it recommended in every pediatric patient? Are there any guidelines for organ-specific surveillance after XRT for children based on age, dose or other factors? Do you have standard recommendations for TBI patients? CSI patients?
