How do you treat a patient with prior early-stage hormone receptor positive breast cancer who experiences metastatic TNBC recurrence?

• No difference from typical TNBC management (i.e. pembrolizumab, chemo)
• No difference from typical HR+ breast cancer (i.e. endocrine therapy prior to chemo)
• A combination of both TNBC and HR+ breast cancer options
• Would complete tumor next-generation sequencing before deciding
