• I avoid mycophenolate in patients with any history of diverticulitis
• I avoid mycophenolate only in patients with recurrent or complicated diverticulitis
• I use mycophenolate cautiously (ex. counseling, close monitoring, GI input)
• I do not alter my use of mycophenolate based on diverticulitis history
• Other
