Patient with long-standing history of Sjogren's (+SSA) and muscle weakness (muscle biopsy showed chronic myopathic changes with Lymphocytic inflammation and femur MRI with fatty infiltration of quadriceps and vastus lateralis muscles), CK normal at 160 U/L.
