Do you continue pre- and post-hydration for patients on amphotericin B who have non-oliguric AKI requiring dialysis?

I would continue saline loading to prevent further kidney injury only if the patient is not hypervolemic and the patient has adequate urinary output to tolerate the saline loading. I believe that pre and post hydration with amphoterrible wouldn’t hurt, and may help. Just for that reason!
