Do you ever prophylactically treat an asymptomatic bone metastasis to prevent or delay risk of pathologic fracture?  

If a patient with good PS who does not meet criteria for prophylactic rod stabilization has radiographic features consistent with metastasis (lytic appearance or involving a certain width of bone), is it reasonable to treat with RT even if the patient does not have pain?
