Do you have a 15 fraction constraint for the LADA?

For a patient with oligoprogressive lung lesion that is against the heart and near the LADA, is there a constraint to follow for the LAD? There is a heart / pericardium constraint of max 48.9 and less than 15 cm3 getting 42Gy.
