What is your preferred SGLT2 inhibitor when treating patients with CKD for whom there are no coverage barriers?

I consider them equivalent. Based on insurance coverage, most of my patients are on empagliflozin, followed by dapagliflozin. I rarely use other SGLT-2 inhibitors.

I would also point out that Dapagliflozin is now available as a generic and can be obtained for $9-11 for a 30-day supply at Mark Cuban Cost Plus pharmacy for those patients who have a high out-of-pocket cost burden or lack insurance coverage.
