Do you offer adjuvant androgen deprivation therapy for AR+ salivary ductal carcinomas treated with curative intent?
If so, how do you sequence it? Would you consider before adjuvant radiation vs concurrent with adjuvant (chemo)radiation vs after adjuvant radiation? How long do you give ADT for? Do you follow the prostate cancer protocols?
