Do you offer annual breast MRI as adjunct to mammography in patients with atypical ductal hyperplasia, atypical lobular hyperplasia, or LCIS?
Data suggests lifetime incidence in these patients is >20%, meeting criteria to consider using MRI, but other risk models (eg Claus, BRCAPRO, BOADICEA, Tyer-Cuzick) primarily utilize family history and may suggest a lifetime risk <20%. Is there any prospective data to support a decision?
