Do you offer consolidative thoracic radiotherapy to patients with extensive stage SCLC who have a complete response to chemotherapy?  

If so, what fields do you irradiate? The initially involved nodal regions? Do you offer after PR as well? If not, do you consolidate at any point in the future (ie after a local recurrence, after response to second line treatment, only for palliation, etc.)?
