Do you offer finasteride to teenagers with androgenetic alopecia?

Do you have an age cutoff?

I see 16-18 years olds on occasion who are already developing androgenetic alopecia. I'm curious to know if other dermatologists are offering finasteride at these ages given that these "pre-adults" are still developing, so to speak.
