The available data would suggest a very small benefit, if at all, for anthracyclines in the locally advanced setting.

I agree completely with Dr Ku and in fact have never administered epirubicin with any platinum/fluoropyrimidine combination despite the level 1 evidence from MAGIC. Sometimes trials just answer the wrong question...
