Do you recommend adjuvant chemotherapy for local relapse of invasive lobular carcinoma after surgical resection?
Assuming the patient was initially treated with surgical resection and adjuvant chemotherapy followed by radiation and appropriate endocrine therapy.

This one often depends on the nature of local relapse and whether relapse occurred on ET. The CALOR trial as flawed as it was suggested that chemotherapy helps in the "repeat adjuvant" setting, however that benefit appeared mostly in HR-disease.
