PyL aka PYLARIFY (18F-DCFPyL) and 68GaPSMA-11 are the two agents commonly used on PSMA scanning in the US.

Some have said PyL might be slightly better, however, even proponents admit only rarely with clinical significance.

There are, to my knowledge, no significant differences and we offer either depending on availability at our various locations. Some thought indicates the image quality may be slightly better with 18F-PyL PET due to a lower positron energy.
