Do you recommend stepwise de-escalation of dual antiplatelet therapy for patients at high risk of bleeding who have undergone drug-coated balloon angioplasty?

Stepwise DAPT de-escalation would be something similar to aspirin plus ticagrelor for one month, followed by five months of ticagrelor monotherapy, and then six months of aspirin monotherapy compared to aspirin plus ticagrelor for 12 months.
