Do you routinely continue fluorouracil with irinotecan for colon cancer after progression on FOLFOX or CAPOX?

While we routinely continue a fluoropyrimidine when using oxaliplatin, the difference between FOLFIRI and irinotecan is not as significant. What is your practice?
