Do you routinely omit a ureteral stent after uncomplicated ureteroscopy for a small renal or ureteral stone, given randomized multicenter trial data showing significantly better patient-reported outcomes without a stent?

Most of my patients get stents (some of them with string). If I do not use an access sheath and the ureteroscopy is easy and fast with no recent infection history, I do not put a stent. Otherwise, I put stents for patients.
