Do you routinely use PRVs for CNS planning?
If you use PRVs, how do you adjust their constraints relative to their respective OAR constraint (e.g. do you allow a greater percentage or absolute dose to the PRV)?

We do not use PRVs specifically for primary CNS planning or for brain mets treated with Gamma Knife. We have PRV constraints for Spine SRS specifically for the spine.
