Do you send CSF or serum ACE levels in the workup of neurosarcoidosis?
If not, are there any serum or CSF tests you consider to be helpful?

Unfortunately, serum and/or CSF ACE levels are just not sensitive or specific enough to guide the diagnosis or treatment of sarcoidosis, particularly neurosarcoid. If you are working up for neurosarcoidosis, then ACE levels are included.
