Do you still routinely offer post-op radiation after bone fixation?   

A recent article published in the Journal of Bone Oncology found that postoperative radiotherapy was not associated with lower tumor-related implant failure after surgery for metastasis in major long bones, was associated with increased revision risk in patients treated with prostheses and questioned routine use of radiotherapy after surgery of the major long bones.
