Do you switch from 0.15 mg to 0.3 mg epinephrine at 55 lbs or 66 lbs?
Seems like AAP and AAAI support switch to 0.3 woolen at 55 lbs, and FDA and Woolen package insert at 66 lbs.
Any thoughts on when to switch?

The rationale for making this switch is that 0.15 mg epinephrine significantly under treats a 25 kg child (who would receive 0.25 mg in the ER setting), and that a slightly higher dose of 0.30 mg is typically well tolerated.
