Do you think it makes a difference to fractionate at 2 Gy versus 1.8 Gy per fraction?

Is there evidence of decreased toxicity in the lung, brain, pelvis, breast or abdomen with 1.8 Gy fractions to justify longer treatment schedules or when using concurrent chemo?  On the other hand, is there evidence of decreased tumor control when using 1.8 Gy per fraction?
