Do you think the interpretation of HRD scores or LOH scores is affected by exposure to neoadjuvant chemotherapy?

I think data comparing LOH/HRD and parp response in patients with NACT/IDS is lacking. Does pathologic chemotherapy response score (CRS) have a larger role for predicting parp response in this population?
