Do you think there will be a role for duvelisib in the treatment of relapsed/refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia?

Specifically, in patients that had progression or developed toxicity on ibrutinib? Idelalisib is very toxic and venetoclax a labor-intensive drug to get started especially in our very old patients.
