Do you treat regional nodes for SLN-determined node negative patients with early stage breast cancer in a medial location?
What size cutoff or other factors (i.e., LVI) do you consider? Do you only treat IMN and medial SCV vs include the entire axilla if only SLN?

Minimal benefit to DFS/OS per EORTC. RNI puts young women at higher risk of cardiac events with even modest CV exposure - pick your poison.
