Do you use albumin as part of initial fluid resuscitation in a patient with septic shock who remains hypotensive after an initial crystalloid bolus?

The recently published ARISS trial demonstrated albumin administration was safe but did not improve 90-day survival, though ultimately considered inconclusive as the trial was prematurely terminated due to low enrollment.
