Do you use gene expression profiling in high risk B-Cell lymphomas to decide who will benefit from intensified chemotherapy?

A recent JCO article suggests that additional high risk B-cell lymphomas could be identified by using a gene expression profile assessment tool. Do you use this to decide between R-CHOP or DA-R-EPOCH?
