Do you use oral beta-lactams to treat osteomyelitis?

There is ample data and experience showing the efficacy of oral fluoroquinolones, TMP-SMX, tetracyclines, clindamycin for osteomyelitis. But there is comparatively little published with oral amoxicillin-clavulanate, amoxicillin, cephalexin or cefadroxil, other than being used for chronic suppression. Can these beta-lactams be reliably used to CURE osteomyelitis?
