Does current data suggest that TDM1 remains beneficial in the adjuvant setting following dose reductions?

A young female with ER/PR and her 2 positive breast ca and had TCHP x6 cycles. She had residual disease at surgery after chemotherapy . I started TDM1 but she has significant Grade 4 thrombocytopenia in spite of one dose reduction after C6. Is there any data of less than 14 cycles of TDM1 or any benefit of reducing beyond 2 levels?
