Does your instituation maintain 100% compliance with hepatitis B re-activation risk screening in all patients who are to be treated with rituximab for NHL?

Has the importance of waned over the years? I have read the rates of compliance with testing are relatively low - even at tertiary care centers and that the risk of this complication is even lower. I presume many younger oncologists have never actually seen re-activation.
