I usually favor RT alone as local control and the outcome is excellent unless they have adenocarcinoma, a suspicious pelvic node, or multiple high risk features (high grade with LVSI on bx).

I agree with @Sushil Beriwal. Radiation alone is generally adequate to provide excellent local control. However, we have been adding chemotherapy for select patients. There is no good prospective evidence to support addition or omission of chemotherapy.
