How long do you continue surveillance ultrasounds for antenatal hydronephrosis that's improving and does that differ if it's unilateral versus bilateral?

Depends on patient age and degree of hydro. Assuming I have ruled out UPJ obstruction by either low degree of suspicion and/or actual MAG3 and reflux is not suspected or diagnosed.
