For patients with stage 1A-E extra nodal marginal zone lymphoma that has been completely excised, would you still consider radiation?   

NCCN guidelines suggest XRT as standard of care for this stage of disease. However, occasionally patients have their tumors completely excised when undergoing workup. Does anyone think that XRT adds anything (perhaps even cure, as some papers suggest) in this situation?
