Have the 10-year results from UK FAST-Forward presented at ESTRO 2025 impacted your practice with regard to patient selection?
Do all patients getting whole breast radiation now get 5 fractions? Any concerns of 5 fractions and concurrent systemic therapies such as Kadcyla or Pembrolizumab? What is your preferred boost dose?

For us, for most node negative patients, the standard is 5 fractions (APBI or whole breast based on technical or tumor factor); if they need boost after whole breast we use 10 Gy in 4 fractions.
