Have you found a successful treatment option for fixed Descemets folds following prolonged hypotony (after hypotony has been treated/resolved) or Descemets striae from a surgical incision?
Often times I end up going with endothelial transplant but the striae/fixed folds remain and the detachment rate is fairly high. I also have several patients with these issues who are not surgical candidates.
