I have had a few patients find benefit from the Cala device (now called Cala kIQ). Most did not find much tremor relief or found the need to time stimulation sessions with ADL needs too arduous.

At our VA, we've had about 90 Veterans with tremor (mostly ET, though some PD) give this a try. It has become considerably less cumbersome to get approved.
