How do I convince urologists to send patients for a discussion of adjuvant radiation after prostatectomy?

For instance: urologists who only refer for a rising PSA, even in a patient with high-risk features, those who use Decipher results to decide when to refer, or those who have a high PSA threshold for salvage RT.

There are no randomized trials to answer this question, i.e. how might one modify referring physician behavior? Note that I've been involved with published guidelines that strongly recommend consideration of adjuvant RT for appropriately selected cases and we all know how well that worked!
