How do you advise a patient on ozone therapy?

Would you advise against concurrent ozone during head neck radiotherapy for a locally advanced tumor?

I think Ozone therapy would be fine as part of a clinical trial, but wouldn't recommend treatment off of one at this time.

Using Ozone via autohemotherapy during treatment seems to add a definite risk of morbidity from the administration, and extra cost, without a proven benefit at this time.
